Interior architect with a Master’s degree from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, winner of the Charles Buls prize from the city of Brussels for "the quality of my study work", I began my career in agencies in Amiens, Paris, and La Rochelle before coordinating international projects, notably in Spain for the 32nd America's Cup. I established my agency in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in 2007.
Franck Socha
Professional photographer for over 30 years, co-founder/manager of F&F Studio. Architectural photography, portraits, editorial collaborations.
Within the FBI, he ensures that creatives can concentrate on their tasks.
F & F Studio —
a creative space
Located in the former priory of Marennes, F & F Studio is a unique space founded by Frédérique Bargeas, interior architect, and Franck Socha, photographer. The studio embodies the meeting of interior architecture, design, and auteur photography, with a sensitive, refined, and resolutely contemporary approach.
At the heart of the studio, a gallery under a 1890 zenithal glass roof, currently under renovation, will soon become an exhibition and creation space. This inspiring place will host artists, designers, and photographers with a view to openness, exchange, and experimentation.
F & F Studio is much more than a workshop: it is a living space, at the crossroads of heritage, architecture, and artistic expression.
Two agencies on the Atlantic Coast
La Rochelle
Since March 2026, the FBI agency has been present in the heart of La Rochelle, in the Gabut district. This new office strengthens our Atlantic roots and our ability to support projects in the region.
